摘要
养殖场经常因饲料霉变发生黄曲霉毒素中毒,但是很少进行检测确诊。该文收集羊场所饲喂的饲料和发病羊血清,用酶联免疫吸附法检测黄曲霉毒素。检测结果是每千克饲料中含60μg的黄曲霉毒素,比标准高2倍,黄曲霉毒素的阳性率为56.4%。广大羊养殖户需对症下药,减少羊场的经济损失。
Aflatoxins poisoning is often caused by mouldy feed on farms,but tests are rarely done to confirm it.In this paper,feed and serum from diseased sheep were collected and tested for aflatoxins by Elisa.The results showed that 60μg of aflatoxins per kg of feed was twice as high as the standard and the positive rate of aflatoxins was 56.4%.The majority of sheep farmers need to tailor medicine to reduce the economic losses of sheep farms.
