摘要
视频头脉冲试验(Video Head Impulse Test,vHIT)是通过前庭眼反射(Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex,VOR)评估三对半规管功能的前庭功能检查,近年来在临床广泛应用,同时也受到了航空航天医学领域的关注。我们对招飞选拔及飞行人员眩晕相关疾病诊治过程中使用的前庭功能检查进行分析,探讨vHIT在航空医学邻域的应用价值,为丰富飞行人员前庭功能选拔及航空医学鉴定提供科学的依据。
Video head pulse test(vHIT) is a vestibular function test that evaluates the function of three pairs of semicircular canals via the vestibulo-ocular reflex(VOR). It has recently been widely used in the clinic, and attracted attention in the field of aerospace medicine. We reviewed application of vestibular function examination in selection of pilot candidates and in diagnosis and treatment of vertigo-related diseases in pilots, and discussed the value of vHIT in aeromedicine, so as to provide a scientific basis for improving vestibular functions assessment in pilot candidates selection and aviation medical evaluation.
