摘要
为了研究船用板式堆芯或矩形换热器的自然循环流动特性,建立单矩形通道自然循环流动特性实验装置,并进行一系列自然循环流动特性的实验研究和理论分析。结果表明,随着加热热流密度的增加,单矩形通道内自然循环的流动特性在单相区域、过冷沸腾区域、饱和沸腾区域及流量突降区域呈现不同的变化规律。单矩形通道出口平衡态含汽率对自然循环质量流速的影响较大,且在出口含汽率为0.01~0.02区间时自然循环质量流速到达峰值。随着单矩形通道入口温度的增加或系统压强的减小,通道内最大自然循环质量流速逐渐增加,而最大质量流速对应的热流密度逐渐减小。
In order to study the natural circulation flow characteristics of marine plate core or rectangular heat exchanger,a single rectangular channel experimental device of the natural circulation flow characteristics was established,and a series of experimental research and theoretical analysis of natural circulation flow characteristics were carried out.The results show that with the increase of heat flux,the flow characteristics of natural circulation in single rectangular channel show different changes in single-phase region,subcooled boiling region,saturated boiling region and sudden drop of flow rate region.The mass flow rate of natural circulation was great effected by the equilibrium vapor fraction at the outlet of a single rectangular channel,and the mass flow rate of natural circulation reaches its peak when the vapor fraction at the outlet is in the range of 0.01-0.02.With the increase of the inlet temperature of a single rectangular channel or the decrease of the system pressure,the maximum natural circulation mass flow rate in the channel gradually increase,while the heat flux corresponding to the maximum mass flow fate gradually decreases.
