摘要
                
                    为探究轮印载荷作用下加筋板极限承载力,设计铝合金加筋板强度试验。加筋板包括横向构件和纵向构件,试验中以钢块和橡胶垫叠加的方式模拟轮印载荷,缓慢均匀施加载荷至加筋板失去承载能力。通过分析试验结果并结合数值仿真计算发现,在轮印载荷作用下,加筋板极限承载力约为74.2 t(9.79 MPa),是其弹性最大承载能力6.5 t(0.87 MPa)的11.4倍;达到极限状态后加筋板的破坏位置出现在面板上,呈现局部剪切撕裂破坏的形式;由于极限状态时加筋板的侧向位移变形很大,在选择加筋板失效准则时,应同时考虑结构的功能性失效模式和结构破坏失效模式。对轮印载荷作用下加筋板极限承载能力的研究结果对船舶设计工作有一定的参考意义。
                
                To explore the ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffened plate with wheel load,this paper designed the strength experiment of the aluminum alloy stiffened plate which includes cross members and longitudinal members.In the experiment,the wheel load is applied slowly and uniformly to the stiffened plate by superposition of steel blocks and rubber pads until the stiffener plate destroyed.And compared numerical simulation calculations with the experiment results,it is found that the ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffened plate is 11.4 times its maximum elastic load capacity;the failure position of the stiffened plate appears on the panel after the limit state,taking the form of loacl shear tearing failure;Due to the large lateral displacement and deformation of the stiffened plate in the limit state,when judging whether the stiffened plate fails,it is recommended to consider the failure mode of serviceability and failure mode of structure separately.The research results of the ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffened plate with wheel load have certain reference use for ship design work.
