摘要 海岛强风速、强腐蚀环境下引流线运行失效导致配电网停电事故频发,对海岛引流线进行失效评估是保证海岛配电网运行安全的重要手段。充分考虑海岛复杂特殊的地理气象条件,提出一种基于多因素修正的海岛配电网引流线综合失效评估方法。首先,对配电网引流线进行空间聚类分析,提取海岛微气象环境下的空间故障规律,细分失效评估区域;其次,综合海岛强风速、强腐蚀环境下的引流线运行状况,构建多场景下的海岛引流线综合失效评估模型,实现对引流线运行失效的可靠评估;在此基础上,充分考虑海岛多因素环境的影响,结合电网信息、气象信息、地理信息构建多因素修正模型,对海岛引流线失效概率进行多维度修正,进一步提升综合失效评估的准确性;最后,结合舟山电网实际运行情况进行算例验证。结果表明:所提方法能够有效实现海岛引流线运行失效评估,对配电网安全及运维检修具有重要实用价值。 The operation failure of the drainage line under the strong wind speed and strong corrosive environment of the island has caused frequent power outages in the distribution network.The failure assessment of the island drainage line is an important means to ensure the safety of the island’s distribution network.This paper fully considers the complex and special geographical and meteorological conditions of the islands,and proposes a comprehensive failure assessment method of drainage lines based on the multi-factor correction of the islands.Firstly,we perform spatial clustering analysis on the drainage lines of the distribution network,extract the spatial fault rules in the island micro-meteorological environment,and subdivide the failure assessment areas.Secondly,comprehensively integrate the operating conditions of the drainage lines under the strong wind speed and strong corrosion environment on the island,and propose an island drainage line comprehensive failure evaluation method to achieve reliable evaluation of the operation failure of the drainage line.On this basis,fully consider the impact of the island’s multi-factor environment,combine power grid information,meteorological information,and geographic information to build an island multi-factor correction model to modify the failure probability of the island drainage line in multi-dimension to further improve the accuracy of the comprehensive failure assessment.Finally,a calculation example is verified based on the actual operation of Zhoushan power grid.The results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the failure assessment of the operation of the island drainage line,and has important practical value for the safety and operation and maintenance of the distribution network.
