摘要
基于2019年我国教育体制改革要求的新出台,各地高职院校展开了一系列有关于“1+X”证书制度改革的行动,并确定高职院校进行试点。旅游管理专业作为高职教育的热门专业,也积极投身于“1+X”证书制度的工作,为高效培养专业的旅游管理人才打好基础。本文以“1+X”证书制度试点工作展开,对高职旅游管理专业人才培养方案进行研究,及其培养方案的实践内容。
Based on the new requirements of our country’s education system reform in 2019,higher vocational colleges in various regions have launched a series of actions on the reform of the“1+X”certificate system,and determined that higher vocational colleges will conduct pilot projects.As a popular major in higher vocational education,tourism management is also actively involved in the“1+X”certification system,laying a solid foundation for the efficient training of professional tourism management talents.This article is based on the pilot work of the“1+X”certificate system to study the training plan of tourism management professionals in higher vocational education and the practical content of the training plan.
