摘要
为明确水肥一体化条件下设施黄瓜的最佳灌水量,设计了常规灌水量(CK)、70%灌水量(T1)、80%灌水量(T2)、90%灌水量(T3)4个处理,测定定植6周的黄瓜叶片生理响应、植株物质积累与分配、定植100 d的产量以及不同时期的黄瓜品质。结果表明,与CK相比,T1处理黄瓜植株受到了严重的水分胁迫,叶片脱落酸(ABA)、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白含量显著增加,物质积累减少21.21%,产量显著降低20.58%;T2处理也受到了一定程度的水分胁迫,但物质积累和产量与CK差异均不显著,而且黄瓜可溶性糖、维生素C和可溶性蛋白含量显著增加,硝酸盐含量显著降低,黄瓜品质显著改善;T3处理物质积累、产量、品质均与CK差异不显著。综合考虑,T2处理黄瓜产量与CK差异不显著,但品质得到显著提升,可节约灌溉水20%,是秋冬季设施黄瓜的适宜灌水量。
In order to definitude the optimal irrigation amount of cucumber in facility under the condition of water and fertilizer integration,four treatments of conventional irrigation amount(CK),70%irrigation amount(T1),80%irrigation amount(T2)and 90%irrigation amount(T3)are designed.The physiological response of cucumber leaves of 6th week,accumulation and distribution of plant material of 6th week,yield of 100th day,and cucumber quality in different periods were measured.The results showed that,compared with CK,the amount of abscisic acid(ABA),malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble protein in cucumber leaves increased significantly,and plants were under severe water stress,the accumulation of matter and the yield were significantly reduced by 21.21%and 20.58%,respectively,under T1 treatment.Plants were also subjected to a certain degree of water stress,but material accumulation and yield were reduced not significant,cucumber soluble sugar content,vitamin C content and soluble protein content were significantly increased,nitrate content was significantly reduced,and the quality of cucumber has been significantly improved,under T2 treatment.The material accumulation,yield and quality of cucumber were not significant under T3 treatment.In conclusion,the yield was not reduced significantly,the quality was improved significantly,and irrigation water was saved by 20%in T2 treatment,which is a suitable irrigation amount for cucumber in autumn and winter seasons in facility.
