外添材料对乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能影响 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Road Performance of Cold Regenerated Emulsified Asphalt Mixture with Additional Material

摘要 针对外添材料乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能影响问题,采用水泥、石灰作为外添材料对老旧路面乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行试验研究.结果表明:乳化沥青冷再生混合料试样的劈裂强度、稳定度、动稳定度、残留稳定度、干湿劈裂强度比及冻融劈裂强度比均随2种外添材料的掺量增加而逐渐增大;随着乳化沥青冷再生混合料在室外自然环境下养生时间的延长,未掺加外添材料及掺量为2.0%的水泥、石灰混合料的失水量均呈逐渐递增趋势;3种掺量的混合料失水量均在第5天时相对涨幅最大,之后混合料的失水量相对涨幅基本保持恒定. In order to solve the problem of performance influence of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture with external material,cement and lime as external materials are used to carry out experimental study on cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture with old pavement.The results show that the splitting strength,stability,dynamic stability,residual stability,dry/wet splitting strength ratio and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture increased with the increase of the content of two additional materials.With the prolongation of the outdoor natural environment health preservation time of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture,the water loss of the cement and lime mixture with the content of 2.0%and no additional material showed a gradually increasing trend.The relative increase of the water loss of the three mixes was the largest on the 5th day,and then the relative increase of the water loss of the mixes remained basically constant.
