摘要
近年来,形状记忆聚合物(Shape memory polymer,SMP)作为一种新型智能材料,在生物医学领域显示出极为光明的潜在应用前景。相比于传统的金属医疗器件,SMP在生物医学领域的应用具有以下三大特点:(1)借助形状记忆效应可实现自适应特性;(2)生物相容性更好、生物降解性可调控;(3)力学性能不仅可在很大范围内调控,且与人体组织匹配性更好。本文归纳了SMP智能材料在生物医学领域的应用,分别对其在医疗器械领域、骨领域、药物释放领域以及生物电子医学领域的应用进行介绍,总结概括了形状记忆聚合物在生物医学领域应用的现有研究成果,分析了其中存在的问题并展望其前景,以期为形状记忆聚合物在生物医学工程领域的应用进行初步的探讨并提供有益参考。
In recent years,shape memory polymers(SMP),as a new type of smart materials,have shown a very bright potential application prospect in the field of biomedicine.Compared with traditional metal medical devices,the application of SMP in biomedical field has the following three characteristics:(Ⅰ)the adaptive characteristic can be achieved by mean of that shape memory effect;(Ⅱ)Better biocompatibility with human body,and adjustable biodegradability;(Ⅲ)the mechanical property can be adjusted and controlled in a wide range,and the matching property with human tissues is better.In this paper,the applications of SMP smart materials in the biomedical field are summarized,and the applications in the fields of medical devices,bones,drug delivery and bioelectronic medicine are introduced respectively.The existing problems were analyzed and the prospects were prospected,in order to provide a useful reference for the application of shape memory polymers in the field of biomedical engineering.

吴雪莲,江苏大学机械工程学院副教授、硕士研究生导师。2010年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学航天学院复合材料与结构研究所,取得工学博士学位。目前主要从事功能高分子及其复合材料的制备、表征及工程应用研究,E-mail:xlwu@ujs.edu.cn;杨建,2019年7月毕业于吉林化工学院,获得工学学士学位,现为江苏大学机械工程学院硕士研究生,在吴雪莲副教授的指导下进行研究,目前主要从事形状记忆聚合物的导电功能化及其生物学性能研究。
