摘要
该文基于需求视角,选取内蒙及河北农村地区老年人为研究对象,从老年人口的长期护理服务项目的需求出发,根据不同的影响因素探讨老年人长期护理服务的需求问题。结果表明,子女对父母的照护压力以及对非传统式家庭照护的可接受程度等指标,对农村老年人长期照护需求的影响最为显著,而性别因素及子女数量因素对农村老年人是否参与长期照护的需求影响不显著。此外,老年人自身的经济实力对长期照护需求表现出显著的负向关系,根据指标设定含义说明老年人经济实力越强,对家庭外的长期照护需求越强。
Based on the demand perspective,this paper selects the elderly in rural areas of Inner Mongolia and Hebei as the research objects.Starting from the demand of long-term care services for the elderly,this paper discusses the long-term care needs of the elderly according to different influencing factors.The results show that the children’s care pressure on parents and the acceptability of non-traditional family care,etc.,the long-term care needs of the rural elderly are most significantly affected,while gender and number of children have no significant impact on the long-term care needs of the rural elderly.In addition,the economic strength of the elderly themselves shows a significant negative relationship with the demand for long-term care.According to the definition of indicators,the stronger the economic strength of the elderly,the stronger the demand for long-term care outside the family.
