摘要
目的了解公众对自动体外除颤仪(automatic external defibrillator,AED)知识、态度和行为(知信行)情况,为制定AED的培训和部署方案提供参考意见。方法采用方便抽样法使用自制问卷于2020年8月1日-10月1日选取海口市常驻居民进行调查。结果共收集有效问卷664份。知信行3个维度中,态度维度得分最高,行为维度得分最低。参加过急救培训和具有医学背景居民的知信行得分均高于其他人群(P<0.05),其他人群中城镇地区高收入高学历的女性具有较高的知信行得分(P<0.05)。随着文化程度升高知信行水平大体呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,职业、AED培训情况、月收入、居住地是影响居民AED知信行的主要因素。结论居民对于AED知识、态度和行为水平有待提高,今后需采取相关措施全面提高居民的知信行水平。
Objective To understand the public′s knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)about AED,and to provide reference for the training and deployment of AED.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select resident residents in Haikou City from August 1 to October 1,2020.Results A total of 664 valid questionnaires were collected.Among the three dimensions of knowledge,attitude and practice,the score of attitude is the highest and the score ofpractice is the lowest.The KAP scores of residents who had participated in emergency training and medical background were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).Among other groups,women with high income and high education in urban areas had higher KAP scores(P<0.05).With the increase of education level,the level of KAP level generally shows an increasing trend(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupation,AED training,monthly income and residence were the main factors influencing residents′knowledge,attitude and practice of AED.Conclusion The level of knowledge,attitude and behavior of residents needs to be improved.In the future,relevant measures should be taken to comprehensively improve the level of KAP of residents.
