黑沙蒿黄酮对肉仔鸡肠道免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验探讨日粮中添加黑沙蒿黄酮(AOF)对肉仔鸡肠道免疫功能的影响。选取240只体重相近、健康的1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加250、500、750和1000 mg/kg AOF。试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,第21 d,日粮中添加500、750 mg/kg AOF的肉仔鸡空肠黏膜中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)的含量以及回肠黏膜中IgM和白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),空肠黏膜中IL-2含量显著升高(P<0.05);添加500~1000 mg/kg AOF的肉仔鸡回肠黏膜中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)的含量显著升高(P<0.05);添加500 mg/kg AOF的肉仔鸡回肠中IL-6 mRNA表达量极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验第42 d,与对照组相比,添加不同剂量AOF的肉仔鸡十二指肠黏膜中IL-6的含量均极显著降低(P<0.01);添加750、1000 mg/kg AOF的肉仔鸡空肠黏膜中sIgA、IgG、IgM和IL-2的含量极显著升高(P<0.01),IL-4的含量显著提高(P<0.05);添加750 mg/kg AOF的肉仔鸡回肠黏膜中sIgA和IgG的含量显著升高(P<0.05),十二指肠白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)m RNA表达量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加AOF可以调节肉仔鸡肠道免疫功能,且添加量为750 mg/kg较为适宜。 The experiment was to explore the effect of adding Artemisia ordosica flavonoids(AOF)in diet on intestinal immune function of broilers.240 healthy one-day-old AA broilers with similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into five groups with six replicates in each group and eight chickens in each replicate.The broilers in control group were fed with basal diet,and the broilers in test groups were supplemented with 250,500,750 and 1000 mg/kg AOF in basal diet,respectively.The test period was 42 d.The results showed that on the 21 d,compared with the control group,the addition of 500 and 750 mg/kg AOF to diet extremely increased the content of IgG,IgM,IL-4 in jejunal mucosa and IgM,IL-2 in ileal mucosa(P<0.01),and significantly increased the content of IL-2 in jejunal mucosa(P<0.05),the addition of 500~1000 mg/kg AOF significantly increased the content of sIgA in ileal mucosa(P<0.05),and 500 mg/kg AOF extremely decreased the IL-6 mRNA expression in ileum(P<0.01).On the 42 d,compared with the control group,different doses of AOF extremely decreased the IL-6 content in duodenal mucosa(P<0.01).The addition of 750 and1000 mg/kg AOF extremely increased the content of sIgA,IgG,IgM and IL-2 in jejunal mucosa(P<0.01),the content of IL-4 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the addition of 750 mg/kg AOF significantly increased the content of sIgA and IgG in ileal mucosa(P<0.05),and extremely decreased the expression of duodenal IL-1βmRNA(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that the addition of AOF to diet can adjust the intestinal immune function of broilers,and the addition amount of 750 mg/kg is appropriate.
