减水剂和缓凝剂对石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为深入研究石膏基自流平材料与外加剂的匹配适应性,系统分析了聚羧酸系减水剂和CH—C型缓凝剂掺入量对石膏基自流平砂浆的工作性能和力学强度的影响。结果表明,随着减水剂掺量增加,石膏基自流平砂浆的流动度先快速增加而后逐渐趋于稳定,抗折强度和抗压强度先升高后降低;随着缓凝剂掺量增加,石膏基自流平砂浆的初凝时间和终凝时间逐渐延长,抗折强度和抗压强度逐渐降低。当掺入0.2 wt%减水剂和0.1 wt%缓凝剂时,所制砂浆的流动度为196 mm,初凝时间为55 min,终凝时间为75 min,14 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别为9.2 MPa和25.3 MPa,达到了相关要求。 In order to further study the compatibility of gypsum-based self-leveling materials and admixtures,the influence of the blending amount of polycarboxylic acid-based water-reducing agent and CH-C type retarder on the working performance and mechanical strength of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar was systematically analyzed.The results showed that as the content of water reducing agent increased,the fluidity of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar first increased rapidly and then gradually stabilized.The flexural strength and compressive strength first increased and then decreased;as the content of retarder increased,the initial setting time and final setting time of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar gradually extended,and the flexural strength and compressive strength gradually reduced.When mixed with 0.2 wt%water reducing agent and 0.1 wt%retarder,the fluidity of the prepared mortar was 196 mm,the initial setting time was 55 min,the final setting time was 75 min,the 14 d flexural strength and compressive strength were 9.2 MPa and 25.3 MPa respectively,which satisfied the relevant requirements.
