摘要
为了研究挤压油膜阻尼器静偏心对转子系统减振特性的影响,基于Reynolds边界条件推导了静偏心条件下挤压油膜阻尼器的油膜力表征公式,建立了考虑挤压油膜阻尼器静偏心的转子系统的有限元模型,并采用数值方法分析了静偏心对挤压油膜阻尼器减振特性的影响。结果表明:静偏心程度增加会导致转子系统临界转速增加及其对应幅值降低,提高挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果;静偏心率增大,挤压油膜阻尼器的承载能力减弱,在最大承载量运行时的减振效率也随之降低,转子系统在升速过程中更容易出现幅值跳跃现象。
Here,to study effects of static eccentricity of squeeze film damper(SFD)on vibration reduction characteristics of rotor system,the oil film force formula of SFD under static eccentricity was derived based on Reynolds boundary condition,and a finite element model of rotor system considering static eccentricity of squeeze film damper was established.Effects of static eccentricity of SFD on vibration reduction characteristics of rotor system were analyzed using numerical method.The results showed that increase in SFD static eccentricity can cause increase in critical speed of rotor system and decrease in the corresponding amplitude,and improve the vibration reduction effect of rotor system;with increase in static eccentricity,the load-bearing capacity of SFD decreases,the vibration reduction efficiency of rotor system during its operation with the maximum load-bearing capacity decreases,and rotor system is easier to have amplitude-jumping phenomenon in running up process.
