摘要
目的分析依达拉奉结合活血抗栓汤对脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能损伤的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的脑梗死患者94例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合活血抗栓汤治疗,比较两组血功能指标、生活质量评分及神经功能。结果治疗后,观察组红细胞容积、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后4、8周,观察组NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4、8周,观察组ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合活血抗栓汤治疗脑梗死患者效果显著,可有效提升凝血功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone combined with Huoxue Kangshuan decoction on coagulation function and nerve function damage in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 94 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was combined with the treatment of Huoxue Kangshuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood function indexes,quality of life score and neurological function between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the red blood cell volume,whole blood high shear viscosity,and fibrinogen of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of NIHSS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant;4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Huoxue Kangshuan decoction has significant effect in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve blood coagulation function and it is worthy of clinical application.
