摘要
在城市化发展过程中,走扩大、人口、空间扩张、科学发展是最为重要的目标。城镇化进程中,环保观念经常被人们抛之脑后,先发展后治理的案例比比皆是,对城市发展产生严重的影响。目前,我国已经进入经济发展的转型时期,城市发展与生态环境和谐发展已经成为社会重点关注的问题,所以构建环境监测系统需要进一步落实。环境监测预警体系的合理化应用,对顺利完成环境质量监测、污染源监督、环境污染事故的应急处理有重要意义。环境预警监测体系是一个复杂的系统,包含软件集成、信息集成、监测技术、环境信息等多个方面。借助互联网技术,环境监测预警体系大致的架构包含四个层面:服务保障层、支撑架构层、监测预警层和信息技术层。
In the process of urbanization,expansion,population,spatial expansion,and scientific development are the most important goals.In the process of urbanization,the concept of environmental protection is often forgotten by people,and there are many cases of first development and then governance,which has a serious impact on urban development.At present,China has entered the transition period of economic development,and the harmonious development of urban development and ecological environment has become a key concern of the society.Therefore,the construction of environmental monitoring system needs to be further implemented.The rational application of environmental monitoring and early warning system is of great significance to the successful completion of environmental quality monitoring,pollution source supervision and emergency treatment of environmental pollution accidents.Environmental early warning and monitoring system is a complex system,including software integration,information integration,monitoring technology,environmental information and so on.With the help of Internet technology,the general architecture of environmental monitoring and early warning system includes four levels:service guarantee layer,support architecture layer,monitoring and early warning layer and information technology layer.
