摘要
薄壁注塑成型技术是在普通注塑成型技术的基础上发展起来的,随着塑料制品的薄壁化,用户对塑料制品的质量、成本以及性能有了更高的要求。在薄壁注塑成型时,需要极高的注塑压力和熔体温度,如果内部温度场分布不均,会造成结构的收缩或膨胀。如果注塑模具的内部部件与外部温度场的温度差不均匀,会导致模具的变形。因此,分析薄壁注塑模具在设计过程中有限元分析软件所起到的作用,有助于提高注塑工艺。
Thin-wall injection molding technology is developed on the basis of ordinary injection molding technology.With the thin-wall of plastic products,users have higher requirements on the quality,cost and performance of plastic products.In thin-wall injection molding,extremely high injection pressure and melt temperature are required.If the internal temperature field is not evenly distributed,the structure will shrink or expand.If the temperature difference between the internal parts of the injection mold and the external temperature field is not uniform,it will lead to mold deformation.Therefore,it is helpful to improve the injection molding process to analyze the role of finite element analysis software in the design process of thin-wall injection mold.
