摘要
赫伯特·芬格莱特以《论语》为主要研究文本,为我们展示了"另一个"孔子,以及孔子思想中的"礼"在日常生活中的神圣性和普遍性。他的著作《孔子:即凡而圣》以哲学旨趣为归宿,以话语分析为手段,通过对作为传统习俗的"礼"、作为人际交往的"礼"、作为人格力量体现的"礼"进行剖析,具体考察人的神圣性言语和行为表现意象之"礼"的丰富内蕴及哲思意义。这种阐释体现了对原典文本分析的重视,其阐释策略值得借鉴。
Taking The Analects of Confucius as the main research text,Herbert Fingarette showed us a special Confucius and also demonstrated the sacredness and universality of the"rites"in daily life which from Confucianism.His book Confucius:the Secular as Sacred is based on philosophical purport and discourse analysis.Through analyzing the rites as traditional customs,as interpersonal communication and as the embodiment of personality power,he specifically examines the rich connotation and philosophical significance of"Rites"as the expression images of people’s sacred words and behaviors.This interpretation reflects the emphasis on the analysis of the original Canon,and its interpretation strategies are worth to study.
