摘要
为了研究模具修复技术的应用现状和发展趋势,通过国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台获取相关专利数据,对专利申请时间与类型、专利申请人、技术领域、技术生命周期、核心引用文献和专利摘要词频进行分析。结果表明:模具修复相关专利申请数量整体呈现上升趋势,但专利的总量仍然偏少;专利申请人以企业和大专院校为主,申请主体之间缺乏合作;模具修复专利热点领域主要为传统领域,智能制造相关领域涉及较少;模具修复技术应用属于成熟期,但新技术还有待突破。
In order to explore the application status and development trend of die & mould repair technology, relevant patent data were obtained through the patent retrieval and analysis platform of the State Intellectual Property Office, and the patent application time and type, patent applicant,technology field, technology life cycle, core cited literature and patent abstract frequency were analyzed. The results showed that the number of patent applications for die & mould repair showed an increasing trend, but its total number of patents was still less. The patent applicants were mainly enterprises and institutions of higher education, and lack of cooperation between applicants. The hot field of die & mould repair patents were mainly traditional field, rarely involved intelligent manufacturing related fields. The application of die & mould repair technology belonged to the mature stage, but the new technology needed to be broken through.
