摘要
针对黄土改良方面,目前已形成天然纤维加筋土的体系,但对于纤维土的抗拉强度鲜有研究。随着国家城市道路建设的快速发展,对于路基边坡的抗拉、抗裂性能有了更高的要求。为研究油菜籽壳加筋黄土的抗拉性能,设计单掺试验探究了油菜籽壳掺量、油菜籽壳长度、压实度对加筋黄土抗拉性能的影响规律,并分析了加筋机理。采用响应面法建立了油菜籽壳加筋黄土抗拉强度的数学回归模型。结果表明:在黄土中掺入油菜籽壳可以有效提高黄土的抗拉强度,各因素对抗拉强度的影响主次程度依次为油菜籽壳掺量、压实度、油菜籽壳长度。油菜籽壳掺量与长度之间存在协同作用。所建立的数学回归模型具有可靠性,满足工程需求。研究结果可为路基边坡治理及路基强度提供基础数据。
Regarding the improvement of loess,a system of natural fiber reinforced soil has been formed,but there are few studies on the tensile strength of fiber soil.With the rapid development of national urban road construction,there are higher requirements for the tensile and crack resistance of subgrade slopes.In order to study the tensile performance of rapeseed hull-reinforced loess,a single admixture experiment was designed to explore the influence of rapeseed hull content,rapeseed hull length,and degree of compaction on the tensile properties of the rapeseed hull,and the reinforcement mechanism was analyzed.A mathematical regression model of the tensile strength of rapeseed hull-reinforced loess was established by response surface methodology.The results show that adding rapeseed hulls to loess can effectively improve the tensile strength of loess.The primary and secondary degree of the influence of various factors on the tensile strength is the amount of rapeseed hull,the degree of compaction,and the length of the rapeseed hull.There is a synergistic effect between rapeseed hull content and length.The established mathematical regression model is reliable and meets engineering needs.The research results can provide basic data for roadbed slope treatment and roadbed strength.
