摘要 利用双介质阻挡放电产生的等离子体结合后置的Fe/海泡石黏土(SEP)催化剂,开展了等离子体协同催化降解甲苯的研究。通过盐酸活化的SEP为载体,用浸渍法制备了不同Fe负载量的Fe/SEP催化剂。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、氢气程序升温化学吸附(H_(2)-TPR)等对催化剂样品进行了微观结构表征和组分分析,探讨了改变Fe负载量、湿度时,甲苯降解率、矿化率、二氧化碳选择性、臭氧残留浓度等变化情况。结果表明,SEP作为载体可以降低Fe_(2)O_(3)的还原温度,Fe/SEP催化剂有着良好耐湿性及催化活性,5%(以Fe质量分数计)Fe/SEP催化剂因具有较高的Fe_(2)O_(3)分散度和比表面积,获得了最佳催化效果。恒定能量密度(850 J/L)及湿度(0.1%,以水蒸气体积分数计)下持续放电48 h,5%Fe/SEP催化剂依然保持着良好的催化活性。 The degradation of toluene was conducted with the Fe/SEP catalysts post-plasma and plasma in double dielectric barrier discharge(DDBD)reactor.The Fe/SEP catalysts of different Fe loading were prepared by the impregnation method,with SEP activated by hydrochloric acid as carrier,and characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS and H_(2)-TPR.When the Fe loading or humidity changed,toluene degradation efficiency,carbon balance,carbon dioxide selectivity and residual ozone concentration were studied.Experiments showed that SEP,as a carrier,could lower the reduction temperature of Fe_(2)O_(3).Fe/SEP catalyst had good moisture resistance and catalytic ability,and 5%(measured by mass fraction of Fe)Fe/SEP had the best catalytic effect due to its high Fe_(2)O_(3)dispersion and specific surface area.After 48 h of continuous discharge at a constant energy density(850 J/L)and humidity(0.1%,measured by volume fraction of water vapor),the catalytic ability of 5%Fe/SEP almost did not decrease.
