摘要
责任关怀是一种全球践行的化工企业管理理念。近20年的推广,我国越来越多的企业开始实施。南京科技职业学院自2009年起,把责任关怀理念融入到日常教学。本文介绍了筹建中的中国责任关怀实践基地的化工本质安全与绿色工艺连续流实训中心、安全警示教育室、职业防护实训室、体感教育实训室等四个项目情况,分析如何通过“产学研用”为指导,全方位进行项目设计与师资配置的。
Responsible Care is a global enterprise management philosophy.In the past 20 years,more and more enterprises have begun to implement it in our country.Since 2009,Nanjing Polytechnic Institute has integrated the concept of Responsible Care into daily teaching.This article introduces the four projects,including the chemical intrinsic safety and green process continuous flow training center,the safety warning education room,the occupational protection training room,and the somatosensory education training room,which are the China Responsible Care Practice Base under construction.Guided by“Industry-Education-Research-Application”,the institute conducts project design and teacher allocation.
