摘要
该文介绍了微生物絮凝剂已有种类及筛选来源,分析了吸附架桥、电荷中和、化学反应和卷扫作用四种絮凝机理及其影响因素,探究了微生物絮凝剂在印染废水、含油废水、污泥脱水、重金属废水等领域的应用实例。着重阐明微生物絮凝剂的作用机制,讨论胶体颗粒的组成成分、结构性质、表面电荷以及反应体系的温度、pH、金属离子等对絮凝效果的影响。从微生物絮凝菌的筛选技术和应用工艺分析研究现状与发展趋势,为今后微生物絮凝剂的规模化生产和产业化应用提供理论支持和参考。
The existing species and screening sources of microbial flocculants were introduced,four flocculating mechanisms and their influencing factors were analyzed,including adsorption bridging,charge neutralization,chemical reaction and rolling and sweeping action,and the application examples of microbial flocculants in dyeing wastewater,oil-bearing wastewater,sludge dewatering,heavy metal wastewater and other fields were explored.The paper focused on illustrating the mechanism of microbial flocculant,and the effect of composition,structure properties,surface charge of colloidal particles,reaction system temperature,pH and metal ions of the reaction system on the flocculation was analyzed.The research status and development trend of microbial flocculant screening technology and application process were analyzed to provide theoretical support and reference for the large-scale production and industrial application of microbial flocculant in the future.
