摘要
在石人沟某低品位铁矿石工艺矿物学性质分析的基础上,进行了粗粒干式预选,预选精矿磨选试验研究。结果表明:矿石TFe品位为20.26%,主要以磁铁矿形式存在;在给矿粒度-10 mm、磁场强度198.943 kA/m、筒体转速16 r/min条件下,经磁滑轮干式预选可将矿石品位提高至28.70%;预选精矿经两段磨矿-四段磁选,其中一磨细度为-0.074 mm粒级占45%,二磨细度为-0.074 mm粒级占70%,磁场强度119.366 kA/m条件下,可获得品位67.25%、回收率82.04%的铁精矿。
Based on the analysis of process mineralogical properties of a low-grade iron ore from Shirengou Mine,the experimental study on dry pre-concentration of coarse grains and grinding and concentration of pre-concentrated concentrate was carried out.The results show that TFe grade of ore is 20.26%,and the ore mainly exists in the form of magnetite.Under the conditions of that the feed size is-10 mm,the magnetic field intensity is 198.943 kA/m and cylinder rotating speed is 16 r/min,the ore grade can be increased to 28.70%by magnetic pulley dry pre-concentration.After the pre-concentrated concentrate is subjected to two-stage grinding-four-stage magnetic separation under the conditions of that the particle size with fineness of primary grinding of-0.074 mm accounts for 45%,the particle size with fineness of secondary grinding of-0.074 mm accounts for 70%and magnetic field intensity accounts for 119.366 ka/m,the iron concentrate with grade of 67.25%and recovery rate of 82.04%can be obtained.
