摘要
目的探讨分析对盆底功能障碍性疾病患者采用经会阴超声检查的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月—2020年10月辽宁省人民医院和辽健集团抚矿总医院收治的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者47例作为观察组,选取同期接受健康体检的健康女性47例作为对照组,两组均行经会阴超声检查,比较检查结果。结果两组的各项检查指标比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的经会阴超声检查结果与确诊结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对盆底功能障碍性疾病患者采用经会阴超声检查能够有效发现其存在的异常,可作为患者的确诊依据,并为其治疗提供了重要参考依据,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of transperineal ultrasound in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 47 patients with pelvic floor disorder,who admitted in.The people's Hospital of Liaoning province and Fushun Mining General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry from October 2017 to October 2020,were collected as observation group.In addition,47 health women underwent health examination were selected as controls.Both groups performed transperineal ultrasound,and the results were compared.Results All indexes in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The result in observation group displayed no differences with confirmed diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The transperineal ultrasound has good accuracy in diagnosis,providing reference and confirmation for patients with pelvic floor disorder.The transperineal ultrasound is worth promoting in clinic.
