摘要
作为高校化工、食品、医药、环境、生物等相关专业的一门基础必修课程,仪器分析实验旨在帮助学生了解仪器的主要构造,熟悉不同仪器的测定特点及应用范围,学会使用相关仪器对待测试样进行定性和定量测定。但当前高校仪器分析实验教学中还存在诸如仪器设备数量不足、更新较慢,实验课时偏少,仪器与教材匹配性差,教学模式单一、内容陈旧,考核方式欠合理等问题亟待改进;因此,针对上述问题尝试提出相应的合理改进措施。
As a basic compulsory course for universities majoring in chemical industry,food,medicine,environment and biology,instrumental analysis experiment aims to help students understand the main structure of instruments,get familiar with the measurement characteristics and application scope of different instruments,and learn to use relevant instruments to conduct qualitative and quantitative determination of test samples.However,there are still some problems in the current instrumental analysis experiment teaching in colleges and universities,such as the insufficient quantity of instruments and equipment,the slow update,the insufficient experimental class hours,the poor matching between instruments and teaching materials,the single teaching mode,the obsolete content,and the unreasonable assessment method,which need to be improved urgently.Therefore,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to solve the above problems.
