摘要
本文介绍了某石化EO/EG装置EO精制系统扩能改造项目,并对改造后的EO精制系统的运行情况进行技术标定与优化操作。此次改造采用复合立体并流塔板技术,对原有精制塔板进行更换,并配套增加一台冷凝器和再沸器及相应管线、流量计更换,使EO产能由21万t/a提升至27万t/a,增产高达28.5%,同时通过优化操作装置能耗由412.18 kg标油/tEOE降低至303.79 kg标油/tEOE。改造后,精制系统整体运行平稳,产品质量符合国家优级品控制指标。
This paper introduces the project of enlarging the capacity of EO refining system in a petrochemical EO/EG unit,and carries out technical calibration and optimization operation on the operation of the reformed EO refining system.In this transformation,the composite three-dimensional parallel flow tray technology was adopted to replace the original refined tray,and a matching condenser and reboiler were added,as well as the corresponding pipeline and flow meter were replaced,so that the EO production capacity was increased from 210,000 tons/year to 270,000 tons/year,with an increase of 28.5%.At the same time,the energy consumption of the operating unit was reduced from 412.18 kg standard oil/tEOE to 303.79 kg standard oil/tEOE through optimization.After the transformation,the refining system runs smoothly and the product quality meets the national quality control index.
