摘要
当今二维材料的发展十分引人注目,其具不同于传统材料的优异性能,因此其是科学家研究材料的重心。石墨烯的发展已有十几年的历史,已经从最初的实验室制备发展到工业产业化。石墨烯之后又出现多种二维材料,例如二硫化钼、氮化硼、硅烯等。其中二维单质材料的发展具有构成单一,制备过程不易引入杂质原子等特点,使得其在多方面具有重要应用。本文引用大量综述性文献,就目前常见的二维材料当中的石墨烯、硅烯、磷烯的结构、制备以及性能进行详细介绍,同时对这些材料的应用前景进行了展望。
The development of two-dimensional(2D)materials is very noticeable.Due to the excellent properties,the 2D materials have attracted a great number of scientists to focus on them.Graphene,which have been studied form several years and now it can be used in industry.Then,more and more 2D materials have appeared such as MoS 2,BN,silicene.In this paper,a large number of reviews are presented.The structure,fabrication and properties of graphene,silicene and phosphene are described in detail.At the same time,the prospect of application of these materials is also discussed.
