摘要
为探索城市非金属管道泄漏流场参数变化规律,基于流体动力学理论基础,应用COMSOL软件对城市非金属管道泄漏和无泄漏状态,以及不同压力、不同流速、不同泄漏孔径以及不同介质等条件下管道压力、流量奏数的变化进行数值模拟,并对比分析流场参数的变化趋势。结果表明:随着进口压力,进口流速和泄漏孔径的增加,管道内压力、流速参数的下降梯度越大,介质为气体的管道流体参数变化幅度受泄漏孔径影响更为明显。
In order to explore the change rule of leakage flow field parameters of urban non-metallic pipelines,Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,COMSOL software was used to simulate the change of fluid parameters in leakage and non-leakage state of urban non-metallic pipeline.The pressure and flow parameters of the pipeline were numerically simulated under the conditions of different pressure,different flow rates,different leakage apertures and different transportation media,and the change trend of the flow field was analyzed under different conditions.The research showed that with the increasing of inlet pressure,inlet flow rate and leakage aperture,the decreasing gradient of pressure and flow velocity parameters in the pipeline becomes larger,and the fluid parameter variation range of the pipeline with gas medium is more obviously affected by the leakage aperture.
