摘要
基础教育设施在城乡公共服务设施中占有很大比重,随着人们对教育的重视程度的加深,县域基础教育设施的健康发展在城乡协调、改善民生等方面发挥了重大作用。本文以河南省滑县为例,综合考虑小学及初中两学段特征,从基础教育设施的设施规模、设施布局、设施质量这三个方面入手,依托ArcGIS空间分析方法,分析其基础教育设施配置的公正化程度,梳理基础教育设施问题,并结合空间公正理论总结出基础教育设施的优化策略。
Basic education facilities occupy a large proportion of urban and rural public service facilities.As people pay more attention to education,the healthy development of county basic education facilities plays an important role in the coordination of urban and rural areas and in improving people’s livelihood.This paper takes Huaxian County in Henan as an example,comprehensively considers the characteristics of the two sections of primary school and junior high school.Starting from three aspects of basic education facilities of facility scale,facility layout,and facility quality,the paper analyzes the degree of fairness in the allocation of basic education facilities based on ArcGis spatial analysis methods.Then it sorts out the problems of basic education facilities,and summarizes the optimization strategies for basic education facilities based on the theory of space justice.
