摘要
“四位一体、注重教陪”是南昌市新建区三所农村小学与地方政府、社会组织及家庭共同寻求的一种针对留守儿童的新型助力成长模式。其实施是靠政府财政统筹,以地方高校为主,公益组织、学校及家庭积极参与,多方通力合作,集“教”与“陪”为一体。笔者通过对三所学校这一操作模式的探讨,对其成功经验进行总结和提升,并发现其不足之处,以期为解决留守儿童问题提供新的方法和思路。
“Integrating four in one,and focusing on education and companion”is a new model to help the growth of left-behind children,cooperatively formulated by three rural primary schools,and the local government,social organizations,and families in Xinjian District of Nanchang City.Based on government financial coordination,with local colleges and universities as the mainstay,and through the active participation of nonprofit organizations,schools and families,its implementation relies on the cooperation of multi-parties,integrating“education”and“companion”.Through the discussion of the operation mode of the three schools,the writers summarized and improved their successful experience and found the shortcomings,hoping to provide new methods and ideas for solving the problems of left-behind children.
