摘要
目的:探讨在手术室外来器械管理中施行无缝隙护理管理模式的效果。方法:自2019年6月开始在手术室外来器械管理中施行无缝隙护理管理模式,随机抽取实施前(2018年5月-2019年5月,施行传统管理模式)和实施后(2019年6月-2020年6月,施行无缝隙护理管理模式)各160台手术中的外来器械的管理资料,对比实施前后器械清洗消毒合格率、器械完好率、器械准备差错率、器械与手术使用不符发生率、器械数量不符发生率、涉及患者术后感染发生率,并随机抽取10名工作人员,对比实施前后工作人员护理管理质量评分及工作投入度评分。结果:实施后器械清洗消毒合格率(98.13%)、器械完好率(98.75%)均较实施前(87.50%、88.75%)更高,且器械准备差错率(1.25%)较实施前(6.25%)更低,实施后器械与手术使用不符发生率(0.63%)、器械数量不符发生率(0.63%)、涉及患者术后感染发生率(0.63%)均低于实施前(5.00%、6.25%、5.63%),实施后工作人员护理管理质量评分及工作投入度评分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室外来器械管理中施行无缝隙护理管理模式有助于增加外来器械管理质量,提高器械消毒合格率,对手术顺利开展具有良好促进作用,且工作人员工作投入度更高。
Objective:To explore the effect of implementing seamless nursing management mode in the management of foreign instruments in the operating room.Method:Since June 2019,seamless nursing management mode has been implemented in the management of foreign instruments in the operating room.The management data of 160 foreign instruments in surgery were randomly selected as observation objects before implementation(from May 2018 to May 2019,when the traditional management mode was implemented)and after implementation(from June 2019 to June 2020,when the seamless nursing management mode was implemented).Compared before and after the implementation of the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment qualification rate,instrument pipe,instrument preparation error rate,the equipment does not accord with operation using the incidence,the incidences of discrepancies on equipment,involving patients with postoperative incidence of infection,and randomly selected 10 staff,compared before and after the implementation of staff nursing management quality score and the degree of job involvement scores.Result:After implementation,the qualified rate of equipment cleaning and disinfection(98.13%)and the intact rate of equipment(98.75%)were higher than those before implementation(87.50%,88.75%),the error rate of equipment preparation(1.25%)was lower than that before implementation(6.25%),the rate of inconsistency between the use of instruments and surgery(0.63%),the rate of inconsistencies in the number of instruments(0.63%),and the incidence of postoperative infections involving patients(0.63%)were all lower than those before implementation(5.00%,6.25%,5.63%),the staff’s nursing management quality score and work engagement score were higher than those before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of seamless nursing management mode in the management of external equipment in the operating room can help increase the quality of external equipment management,improve the qualification rate of equipment disinfection,and have a good role in promoting the smooth operation of the operation,and the staff is more engaged in work.
