In-situ feeder automation strategy for adaptive complex distribution lines based on communication quality detection

摘要 为贯彻国家政策,按时完成主站覆盖目标,支撑配电自动化建设,全面提升配电网精益化管理水平,国网青海省电力公司在省信息通信公司进行配电网管理信息大区主站系统的示范性建设,对实现青公司配电终端的接入和远程监测起到了关键作用。提出了一种就地型馈线自适应算法,并在青海公司进行自动化建设改造中应用,增加配电终端,在电力配电设备状态感知的配电自动化管理信息大区主站系统的研究,实现了对全省的配电数据进行状态监测、指标分析和考核评估等功能。系统建成后能够充分利用终端采集的数据,提高调度运行控制及故障处理能力,提高配电运检精益化管理水平,并结合实际案例对该应用的效果进行展示,此系统可通过高速计算判断定位故障点,为故障抢修节省时间,提高精度,是一套具有推广性的电力智能物联网系统。 In order to implement the national policy,complete the main station coverage target on time,support the construction of distribution automation,and comprehensively improve the level of lean management of the distribution network,State Grid Qinghai Provincial Electric Power Company′s demonstration construction of the master station system of the distribution network management information area in the Provincial Information and Communication Company has played a key role in realizing the access and remote monitoring of Qinghai′s power distribution terminal.An in-situ feeder adaptive algorithm was proposed and applied in Qinghai Company′s automation construction transformation.Distribution terminals were also added.The research on the distribution automation management information large-area master station system based on power distribution equipment status awareness was realized.The province′s power distribution data performs functions such as condition monitoring,index analysis,and assessment.After the system is completed,it can make full use of the data collected by the terminal,improve the dispatching operation control and fault handling capabilities,improve the lean management level of power distribution inspections,and demonstrate the effect of the application in combination with actual cases.This system can judge and locate through high-speed calculations.The point of failure saves time for emergency repairs and improves accuracy.It is a popularized power intelligent Internet of Things system.
