摘要
一套切实可行的廉政风险防控机制是公立医院党风廉政与反腐败工作的基础,基于这种思想,针对医院的廉政风险点和薄弱环节并结合公立医院业务工作的实际,连云港公立医院对纪检监察机构实行了改革,通过深化组织领导、强化廉洁教育、建立健全制度、加强有效监督、强化执纪问责等措施,探索出了一套严谨的廉政风险防控体系。通过对比,此次连云港市公立医院纪检监察机构改革对提高医疗系统的党风廉政与反腐败工作的效果明显。
A set of practical anti-corruption risk prevention and control mechanism is the basis of public hospitals’party conduct and anti-corruption work.Based on this idea,the hospital’s anti-corruption risk points and weaknesses are combined with the actual work of public hospitals.Lianyungang Public hospitals have implemented reforms to discipline inspection and supervision institutions,and through measures such as deepening organizational leadership,strengthening integrity education,establishing a sound system,strengthening effective supervision,and strengthening discipline and accountability,they have explored a set of rigorous integrity risk prevention and control systems.By comparison,the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision institution of Lianyungang public hospitals has an obvious effect on improving the party style,clean government and anti-corruption work of the medical system.
