摘要
以薄带铸轧工艺生产的低碳钢为对象,研究不同轧制压下率及卷取温度对材料组织及性能的影响。薄带铸轧工艺下材料没有经历再结晶,晶粒较粗大且形状不规则;轧制压下率增加,可促进等轴的铁素体形成,但材料力学性能未有明显变化;卷取温度降低,针状铁素体含量增加,当含量增加到一定比例后材料性能出现明显变化;薄带铸轧工艺得到的不规则组织具有较高的强度。
The effects of rolling reduction rate and coiling temperature on microstructure and properties of low carbon steel produced by thin strip casting and rolling process were studied.The results show that the material does not undergone recrystallization under the thin strip casting and rolling process,and the grains are coarse and irregular in shape.The increase of rolling reduction rate can promote the formation of equiaxed ferrite,but the mechanical properties of the material have not changed significantly.The coiling temperature decreases,the acicular ferrite content increases,and the material properties change obviously when the content increases to a certain percentage.The irregular microstructure obtained by the thin strip casting and rolling process has higher strength.
