摘要
血药浓度法估算对乙酰氨基酚的药动学参数是我校药学相关专业生物药剂学与药物动力学课程主要的实验内容之一。本文目的在于对给药后的取血量以及取血时间点的设置进行改进。结果表明,相对于原实验方法,改进后的实验操作简便,取血顺利;对实验动物造成的伤害明显减少;药代动力学数据更具代表意义,曲线拟合和所估算的参数更加精确。改进后的实验方法操作行强,具有较好的准确性和重现性,适合实验教学。
Estimating the pharmacokinetic parameters of acetaminophen by blood concentration method is one of the main experimental contents of biopharmaceutical and pharmacokinetic courses of our school′s pharmacy-related professional.Ths article aims to improve the original experiment on the amount of blood taken after administration and the setting of the time point of blood taking.The results show that,compared with the original experimental method,the improved experimental operation is simple and the blood sampling process is smooth;the harm to experimental animals is reduced;the pharmacokinetic data is more representative,and the curve fitting and estimated parameters are more accurate.The imprved experimental method has stronger operability,better accuracy and reproducibility,and is suitable for experimental teaching.
