摘要
接触网静态质量和动态性能2个综合性评价方法和指标的构建,完善了接触网质量评价体系,填补了接触网质量综合评价指标的国际空白。采用接触网检测参数阈值管理进行“分析诊断”,以及采用综合评价指标进行“状态评价”的接触网质量评价体系,可以从不同角度反映接触网的质量状态和运行品质,实现设备状态的定量分析和综合评价,为接触网服役状态提供综合预警和维修策略支持,助力牵引供电系统的科学管理。
The construction of two comprehensive evaluation methods and indicators of static quality and dynamic performance of OCS has improved the quality evaluation system of OCS and filled the gap in comprehensive evaluation indicators of OCS quality at the international level.The OCS quality evaluation system adopting threshold management of OCS testing parameters for“analysis and diagnosis”and comprehensive evaluation indicators for“status evaluation”can reflect the quality status and operation quality of OCS from different perspectives,realize quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of equipment status,provide comprehensive early warning and maintenance strategy support for OCS service status,and facilitate the scientific management of traction power supply system.
