摘要
"课程思政"育人成效评估是评估"课程思政"教学成效、监管教学过程、推进教学改革的重要手段,通过把大学生思政素养、基本素养和工程素养(三素养)教育有机融合,构建定量与定性相结合的"课程思政"育人成效教育评估指标体系。通过该体系实现对课程及专业的"课程思政"教育工作目标及其达成度作出动态跟踪、发展演化的价值判断,为提升"课程思政"教学质量与成效提供依据。
According to the general principles and methods of higher education evaluation,combined with the education and teach⁃ing objectives of“curriculum ideological and political education”,an education evaluation index of“curriculum ideological and po⁃litical education”is constructed combining quantitative and qualitative education based on the organic integration of the ideologi⁃cal and political literacy,basic literacy and engineering literacy(three literacy)education of college students.A dynamic and devel⁃opmental value judgment is made that is about the curriculum and professional of ideological and political education work,the goal,the standard and the degree.The purpose is to provide the basis for improving the management of curriculum ideological and politi⁃cal education,so as to continuously improve the level of running a school and the quality of education.
