摘要
针对两级过滤工艺处理复合污染地下水有机污染物超标的问题,提出了微絮凝强化两级过滤工艺的技术改造方案,并在中试规模下考察了该技术方案的可行性。结果表明,受复合污染的原水有机物浓度较高,COD_(Mn)平均值在5 mg/L以上,有机污染物主要为天然腐植酸类和富里酸类有机物;以有机物去除能力为评价指标,筛选出铝盐复合药剂为最佳微絮凝药剂;在投加54.5 mg/L铝盐复合药剂的条件下,微絮凝强化两级过滤工艺出水各项指标均可稳定达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),铝盐复合药剂的微絮凝作用对有机物去除起关键作用。在东北某净水厂现场进行的中试试验,研究结果为该净水厂的升级改造提供理论与技术支持。
In order to solve the problem of excessive organic pollutants in the treatment of compound polluted groundwater by two-stage filtration process,a technical renovation scheme of micro-flocculation enhanced two-stage filtration process was put forward,and the feasibility of technical scheme was investigated under pilot scale.Results showed that the organic matter concentration of raw water with combined pollution was higher,the average COD_(Mn) index was more than 5 mg/L,and organic pollutants were mainly natural humic acid and fulvic acid organic matters.Taking organic matter removal ability as evaluation index,the aluminum salt composite agent was selected as the best micro-flocculating agent.Under the condition that the dosage of aluminum salt composite agent was 54.5 mg/L,all the indexes of the outflow of micro-flocculation enhanced two-stage filtration process could stably meet Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749—2006).Moreover,micro-flocculation of aluminum salt composite agent played a key role in the removal of organic matter.Research was a pilot test conducted at a water purification plant in Northeast China.And research results provide theoreticaland technical support for the upgrading of water purification plant.
