摘要
现场教学是融合了教学理论和具体实践的一种创新型教学模式,是顺应广大党员干部教育培训发展的必然结果。当前部分县级党校对现场教学进行积极探索,虽然取得了一定的成效,但也存在着一些问题和不足,比如教学点的形式化、教师的单兵化等。文章基于县级党校干部教育培训开展现场教学的重要意义,探讨县级党校干部教育培训开展现场教学的完善路径,旨在实现新时代党校干部教育培训的高质量发展。
On-the-spot teaching is an innovative teaching mode integrating teaching theory and specific practice.It is the inevitable result of complying with the development of education and training of party members and cadres.At present,some county party schools actively explore on-the-spot teaching,although they have achieved certain results,there are also some problems and deficiencies,such as the formalization of teaching points,the individual soldier of teachers and so on.Based on the significance of on-the-spot teaching in the education and training of cadres in county party schools,this paper discusses the perfect path of on-the-spot teaching in the education and training of cadres in county party schools,in order to realize the high-quality development of the education and training of cadres in party schools in the new era.
