摘要
我国建筑行业发展迅猛,建筑企业众多。在此背景下,部分建筑企业为了在激烈的市场竞争中夺得先机,采取不合理的方式缩减施工工期,以便提升企业自身的效益,这对建筑项目的质量会产生严重威胁。为充分保障建筑项目施工工期的合理性,建筑企业必须高度重视施工工期管理。论文研究建筑项目管理中关于施工工期的控制策略,以确保施工有序开展。
China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,and construction enterprise is numerous. Under this background, some construction companies will take unreasonable ways to reduce construction period to improve the efficiency of construction projects in order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition, it poses a serious threat to the quality of construction projects. In order to ensure the rationality of construction period, construction enterprises must attach great importance to the management of construction period. The thesis studies the control strategy of construction period in construction project management to ensure the orderly development of construction.
