摘要
在固体火箭发动机择优比测中,推进剂比冲与发动机真空比冲是发动机择优的关键指标。在标准比冲修正和真空比冲计算中,比热比是影响标准比冲和真空比冲计算的重要参数。分析了不同燃烧室室压和环境压强下,BSF∅315 mm标准发动机固体推进剂修正标准比冲随比热比的变化,以及地面试车成功后,比热比对真空比冲计算的影响。结果表明,推进剂实测比冲修正到标准比冲时,在不同燃烧室平均室压下修正标准比冲,存在一个比热比值,使得推进剂修正标准比冲计算存在极小值,当比热比大于该极小值后,随着比热比的增加,修正标准比冲增大。研究结果和所得结论对同一单位推进剂配方选型,以及不同单位推进剂、发动机实物比测,具有指导与借鉴意义。
The standard specific impulse of propellant and the vacuum specific impulse of solid rocket motor are key indicators in competitive bidding.Specific heat ratio is a significant parameter in the modification of standard specific impulse and the calculation of vacuum specific impulse.The correlation between specific heat ratio and modified standard specific impulse of the BSF∅315 mm standard solid rocket motor was investigated,associating with different chamber and atmospheric pressures.Influence of the specific heat ratio on the calculation of vacuum specific impulse was analyzed after successful ground tests.The results show that there is a special specific heat ratio value,resulting in the minimum of modified standard specific impulse.The standard specific impulse value increases when the special specific heat ratio value is larger than the special value.This work would provide references for the optimization of propellant formulations and the comparative testing for selecting propellant and rocket motors from various enterprises.
