摘要
第四、第五批全国老中医药专家周福生教授从调治中州以运四旁的角度,认为慢性泄泻病位在“脾胃”,病机关键为脾胃失司以致气机失调。泄泻的病位在于肠,其主病之脏在于脾,与肝、肾密切相关。根据临证中证候的不同,虽以脾胃为中心,结合“五位一体”的学术思想,并且从其余四脏进行辨证施治,用药以助脾胃运化、促肠道分清泌浊、加强传导功能的方药打底,可使临床疗效满意。
Professor Zhou Fusheng,the fourth and fifth batch of old Chinese medicine experts in China,thinks that chronic diarrhea is located in the spleen and stomach,and the key to pathogenesis is disorder of Qi due to disorder of spleen and stomach.Treating diarrhea with spleen and stomach as the center and leading the four viscera.That is to say,taking spleen and stomach as the center,combining the academic thought of“Five in One”with different clinical symptoms,and differentiating syndromes from the four viscera of heart,liver,lung and kidney.The medicine is based on the formula of helping the spleen and stomach to transport and transform,promoting the intestinal tract to separate and secrete turbidity,and strengthening the conduction function,so that the clinical effect can be satisfied.
