基于强弱影响区的大型覆盖件回弹补偿策略探究 被引量:5

摘要 以某汽车侧围外板为对象,通过有限元建模和激光全域扫描,对成形后的覆盖件整体扭曲回弹状态进行了研究。运用多组补偿系数对不同特征区域进行了型面偏置补偿建模分析,发现两条“等效弯曲线”以内区域为回弹补偿的弱影响区,回弹补偿效果传递较差;进一步实验发现棱线、车门框等特征造型会阻碍回弹补偿修正效果的传递。基于上述认识,提出了强、弱影响区的补偿策略,经现场实际模具调试并匹配光学扫描点云与数模,得出了分别采用激进和保守的型面补偿策略对弱区和强区进行处理后能够获得较好的回弹补偿控制精度。 Taking the automobile side panel as an object,the whole torsional springback state of the formed covering parts was studied by finite element modeling and laser full-area scanning.Both modeling and analysis of the offset compensation for characteristic areas with different compensation coefficients were carried out.It is found that the weak influence zone of the compensation is within the area of two equivalent bending lines',and the transmission of the compensation effect is poor.Further experiments show that the feature shape,such as sharp style line and door frame hinders the transmission of the springback compensation correction effect.Based on the above investigation,the compensation strategy for strong and weak influence zones was put forward.After actual die debugging and matching the optical scanning point cloud and digital model,it is found that the better control accuracy of the springback compensation can be obtained using radical and conservative compensation strategies of shape to deal with weak zone and strong zone respectively.
