摘要
针对乡村振兴战略下的新型农业经营主体气象服务需求特点,分析了传统为农气象服务中存在的问题,探讨气象服务与新型农业经营主体需求的结合点,提出在打造为农气象服务品牌、开展直通式服务、探索多方合作模式等方面推进智慧气象为农服务的思路。按照智慧气象为农服务的理念,基于新型农业经营主体需求,提出了为农气象服务的双向交互、为农气象服务需求识别和分析、为农气象服务产品深加工和自适应匹配及精准靶向推送的全流程智慧为农服务技术解决方案,推动气象为农服务能力的整体提升,助力乡村振兴战略下新型农业经营主体快速发展。
According to demand characteristics of new agricultural operators under rural revitalization strategy,problems existing in traditional agricultural meteorological service were analyzed.The combination points of meteorological service and demand of new agricultural operators were discussed.Ideas of promoting intelligent meteorological service for agriculture were proposed,such as building brand of agricultural meteorological service,carrying out direct service,exploring multi-party cooperation mode.According to concept of smart weather serving agriculture,based on needs of new agricultural operators,whole process smart service technology solution for agriculture was proposed.Technology solution could promote overall improvement of ability of weather serving agriculture and promote rapid development of new agricultural business entities under rural revitalization strategy.
