摘要
以某内框砖混结构厂房改造成幼儿园为工程实例,通过按拟定改造方案开展改造前检测鉴定,并增加承重抗震横墙的方式,优化结构体系。该改造方案既可使原结构满足改造后的使用功能,又提高房屋的承载能力和抗震性能。研究成果可为今后类似工程提供一些参考。
The reconstruction of a brick-concrete factory with internal frame into a kindergarten as an case study in this paper.In order to optimize the structural system,the inspection and appraisal of the factory were conducted before the reconstruction according to the proposed reconstruction plan,and the load-bearing seismic transverse walls were added.The reconstruction plan can not only let the original structure meet the service requirements of the structure after reconstruction,but also improve the load-bearing capacity and seismic performance of the structure.The research results can be considered as the reference for similar projects in the future.
