摘要
卵母细胞质量是评估女性生育能力的关键指标。随着年龄增加,卵母细胞的发育潜能逐渐下降,卵母细胞质量也会显著降低。线粒体是影响卵母细胞质量的关键指标。线粒体的形态结构、生物发生、线粒体DNA拷贝数、膜电位、能量产生和清除活性氧(ROS)的能力都与卵母细胞的发育息息相关。本文就线粒体对卵母细胞发育的影响进行综述。
Oocyte quality is a key indicator of female fertility.With the increase of age,the development potential of oocyte decreases,and the oocyte quality decreases significantly as well.Mitochondria is one of the key indicators of oocyte quality.The morphological structure of mitochondria,biogenesis,mtDNA copy number,membrane potential,energy production and the ability to eliminate reactive oxygen species(ROS)are closely related to oocyte development.In this paper,the effects of mitochondria on the oocyte quality is reviewed.
