摘要
城市更新是时代发展的必然趋势,而在城市更新的过程中必然会牵涉城市中的历史建筑。过去由于人们对于历史建筑不够重视,在城市的更新中破坏了大量历史建筑,但这些历史建筑承载着大量的历史发展信息,是人类智慧的结晶,是重要的建筑遗产,应给予足够的保护和重视。文章在城市更新的角度下,通过搜集、整理和研究建筑遗产保护相关的法律法规和文献,探讨了历史建筑保护方面的相关问题。
Urban renewal is the inevitable trend of the development of the times,and in the process of urban renewal will inevitably involve the historical buildings in the city.In the past,a large number of historic buildings were destroyed in the renewal of the city because people did not pay enough attention to them.However,these historical buildings carry a large amount of information about the historical development,are the crystallization of human wisdom and important architectural heritage,which should be adequately protected and paid attention to.From the perspective of urban renewal,this paper collects and collates relevant laws and regulations and documents on the protection of architectural heritage,studies relevant documents,and discusses relevant issues in the protection of historical buildings.
