摘要
南靖丹桂茶属乌龙茶中的特色品种茶,具有独特的馥郁幽长的香气、醇厚回甘的韵味,是南靖土楼茶众多品种中的优势特色品类。“南靖丹桂”通过国家商标局地理标志证明商标注册,是福建省南靖县县域茶叶公用品牌。文章根据近年南靖丹桂茶生产实践,从原料要求、初制加工与精制加工3个方面总结了条形浓香型南靖丹桂茶的加工技术,以期为南靖丹桂茶生产提供参考。
Nanjing dangui tea is a special variety of Oolong tea with floral aroma and mellow taste,and it is also an advanced characteristic product of Nanjing Tulou tea.Nanjing Dangui tea has registered the geographical indication certification trademark of the national trademark office and is a public brand of tea industry in Nanjing county,Fujian province.According to the local production practice in recent years,this paper summarizes and introduces the pro cessing technology of strip-shaped high fragrance Nanjing Dangui tea from three aspects:fresh tea leaves requirements,preliminary processing and refined processing in order to provide references for producers.
