摘要
通过还原气氛下的高温固相反应制备了Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)(x=0.001~0.006)荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和荧光分光光度计分析了Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能,通过光致发光(PL)谱和光激励发光(PSL)谱表明所有的发光中心都来源于Eu^(2+)离子。在320 nm和365 nm激发下,可以观察到以470 nm为中心的蓝光发射和530 nm为中心的绿光发射。热释光测试证明,Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)材料的俘获陷阱深,室温下受热扰动影响小,在800 nm红外光激发下,被俘获的电子释放,在发光中心中与空穴复合发光。在254 nm紫外线照射0.5 h后,用980 nm红外激光器照射,可以观察到绿色的光激励发光,结果表明Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)具有光存储特性。
Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)(x=0.001-0.006)phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction in a reducing atmosphere.The crystal structure and photoluminescence(PL)properties of Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+) phosphors were investigated with X-ray diffractomer(XRD)and spectrophotometer.The PL spectra and photostimulated luminescence(PSL)spectra show that all the luminescence centers are derived from Eu^(2+) ions.Under the excitation of 320 nm and 365 nm,blue light emission centered at 470 nm and green light emission centered at 530 nm can be observed.The thermoluminescence test proved that the trap of Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+) material is deep,and it is less affected by thermal disturbance at room temperature.Under the excitation of 800 nm infrared light,the trapped electrons are released and interact with holes in the luminescent center.After irradiated by 254 nm UV for 0.5 h,and stimulated with a 980 nm infrared laser,the phosphors exhibit obvious green PSL.The results show that Sr_(1.994-x)SiO_(4)∶0.006Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+) has optical storage characteristics.
